# AI Workflow Evidence Review

Can your AI do the job you are selling it for?

An enterprise customer or a rollout needs evidence of actual workflow performance. I personally lead a review of one defined workflow against agreed sources and acceptance criteria, document the findings and help identify the next action.

For B2B vendors and established implementation firms selling document-heavy AI workflows to private legal and ordinary commercial-business customers. Examples include commercial-policy answers, document comparison and business intake. This campaign excludes clinical and federal-healthcare-program engagements.

[Discuss one AI workflow.](/discuss/?interest=ai_workflow_review#discuss-form)

One workflow. An agreed evaluation.

$7,500 fixed fee. Ten business days beginning after scope, access, source collection, a responsible owner and acceptance criteria are ready. Source and case volume, integrations and run count are agreed before contracting. The fee buys the agreed evaluation, not a favorable result.

We agree what the workflow is meant to do, which source versions govern, and what counts as an error, a justified escalation or a question for human review. Ambiguous policy meaning goes to a person. A citation that exists is not automatically evidence for a claim.

What you receive

Workflow and source map, including versions and ownership.

Agreed cases and acceptance criteria.

Reproducible findings with sources, run method and limits.

Separate error, escalation and review-effort measures where applicable, with denominators and measurement methods.

Prioritized fixes and the next decision.

Executive report and a debrief.

An example you can inspect

[Read the existing synthetic sample report](/ai-evaluation/sample-reasoning-failure-report/). It illustrates report structure only. It is not completed client work, independent certification or a live model evaluation.

The proposed commercial-policy checker demonstration is pending. No seeded-output checker results or performance counts are available here. A seeded-output check would illustrate checking rules, not measure production accuracy or prove that a model improved.

Choose the right starting point

[The $495 diagnostic](/diagnostic/ai-automation/) is a smaller first step for understanding an unclear AI or automation problem. It is optional, not a prerequisite.

This review examines one defined workflow with agreed evidence and criteria.

[Implementation and remediation](/build/) are separately scoped work to make agreed changes.

[Continuing or embedded support](/fractional-executive/) is a separate engagement.

For new remediation or continuing engagements, written scope establishes named workflows, cadence, response windows, change allowance, reporting and delivery ownership. These are agreed commitments, not unlimited support. Existing client contracts remain unchanged.

Relevant delivery experience

[Event Platform Design & Development, 2026](/selected-builds/event-platform-2026/) describes the existing authorized, anonymized build scope. Delivery experience does not establish AI evaluation performance or imply a client endorsement.

Discuss one AI workflow

Tell me about the intended use, how it is checked today, the customer decision or deadline, and whether access can be arranged. No sensitive files are requested at this stage. The review is not a certification, insurance determination or legal-compliance opinion.
