How I Work

Bring me the problem nobody can quite explain.

The most expensive failures often happen between specialties.

Your lawyer sees the legal problem. Your accountant sees the financial problem. Your operators see the workflow. Your technology team sees the systems.

I look at the whole thing.

I reconstruct what is happening, identify contradictions and hidden dependencies, test assumptions, find the failure points nobody owns, and help leadership determine what deserves attention next.

I work alongside existing lawyers, accountants, operators, technical teams, and other specialists. I look for the gaps, contradictions, and failure modes that can disappear between professional silos.

I am most useful when several smart people are looking at the same problem from different directions, and nobody is responsible for putting the whole picture together.

These are starting points, not boundaries. A medical problem can become legal; a regulatory problem can become operational; a business problem can become personal. The most difficult problems are usually the ones that cross categories, and that is where I am most useful.

Systems Integrity Analysis

Different problems. A common discipline.

Emergency medicine taught me a particular way of thinking.

What matters first?
What can wait?
What evidence is reliable?
What is reversible?
What happens if we do nothing?
What changes when the facts change?

It also taught an order of operations: stop deterioration, relieve the immediate burden, stabilize, understand what is driving the problem, prevent recurrence. Perfect certainty is rarely available at the beginning. The first responsibility is to prevent avoidable harm and create enough stability for better decisions.

That discipline now informs how I approach difficult problems across medicine, AI, business, commercial real estate, systems, and institutions.
